Food Ingredients

New Food Ingredients presented at CFIA 2023, Rennes (35)

As for each edition of the Fair, the Food Ingredients division of STOCKMEIER France will attend at Hall 4 – Booth B45 with its partners, to present their new products.
Come and meet our team of specialists.

STOCKMEIER Food Ingredients is enhancing its texturing range, by introducing its range of modified and native TAPIOCA starches from producer ADM.

We will introduce ADM’s modified cooking and pregelatinised starches; this new range is a very interesting alternative to modified and pregelatinised starches that are based on corn or of other plant origin.

Our large choice of references allows users to adapt ADM range performances to recipe requirements, whilst modification levels take into account users’ specific manufacturing processes constraints.

Technical support is available to assist in creating new products, or in substituting starches currently in use.

NUTRITIS FRUCTISWEET ORIGINAL Clean Label functional sugars

Stockmeier Ingredients is enhancing its sweet range with its functional, “clean label” sugars from producer NUTRITIS GRAP SUD.

STOCKMEIER INGREDIENTS offers sugars from eco-responsible fruit producers, derived from grape must or non-standard dates.

Our low-viscosity fruit sugars are supplied as a colourless, translucent, odorless solution.

Their sweetening power is close to 1, thus contributing a sweet note to recipes without adding any other specific tastes.

Product labelling is understandable to the end consumer : “ sugars extracted from fruit ” or “ from fruit(s”) .

Their specific composition means they provide the same functionalities as invert sugar, with the added advantage of the “ clean label ” certification.

These fruit sugars can also function as high-DE glucose syrups, helping to distribute water evenly in yellow pastes as well as contributing to product preservation.

These sugars are particularly well suited to providing sweetening power to fruit preparations, jams, fillings, drinks, fruit nectars, etc.

Their shelf life is 15 to 18 months from the date of analysis.

In addition, these sugars have a reduced impact on the environment, as the water extracted during manufacturing is reused in surrounding fields.

Dehydrated corn and wheat maltodextrins and glucose syrups

STOCKMEIER Ingredients offers a wide, varied range of Maltodextrins and dehydrated glucose syrups from corn and wheat.

These products resulting from the hydrolysis of starch are used to provide specific functionalities: texture provision, encapsulating aromas, as anti-crystallisers in ice creams, for progressive energy release in energy drinks, or as a base in food supplements, etc.

Range DEs vary from 6 to 45 in conventional and organic versions, as well as in instant grades.

Products are of European origin and are guaranteed GMO-free.

Products offer a wide range of applications:

  • BVP
  • Dairy
    products
