STOCKMEIER France joins the United Nations Global Compact
By joining the Global Compact, STOCKMEIER France affirms its ethical commitment, and commits to adopting a socially responsible attitude by integrating, in a sustainable way, the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact into its CSR policy.
To demonstrate this commitment, STOCKMEIER France will communicate annually on progress by publishing its CoP report (Communication on Progress)!

The 10 principles:
Principle 1: Businesses are encouraged to promote and respect international human rights law.
Principle 2: Businesses are encouraged to ensure that they are not complicit in human rights violations.

Principle 3: Businesses are invited to respect freedom of association and recognise the right to collective bargaining.
Principle 4: Businesses are invited to contribute to the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labour.
Principle 5: Businesses are invited to contribute to the effective abolition of child labour.
Principle 6: Businesses are invited to contribute to the elimination of any discrimination with regards to employment and occupation.

Principle 7: Businesses are encouraged to apply a precautionary approach to environmental issues.
Principle 8: Businesses are invited to take initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.
Principle 9: Businesses are encouraged to promote the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

Principle 10: Businesses are encouraged to take action against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
