highlight the social, environmental and economic aspects of its activities.<br \/>STOCKMEIER France is a member of UFCC (Union Fran\u00e7aise du Commerce Chimique), a member of the \u201cResponsible Care\u00ae\u201d Chemical Industry initiative for the protection of the environment and, as such, is highly involved in improving safety, and in protecting people&#8217;s health and the This concerns the following topics:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Child and forced labour<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Suppliers must not use child or forced labour in any way in the context of their activities, pursuant to the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the Declaration of Human Rights, and International Labour Organisation (ILO) directives.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Discrimination<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Suppliers must respect the personal dignity, privacy and rights of each individual employee. They must ensure that their employees are not discriminated against on the basis of personal criteria such as origin, sex, skin colour, nationality, sexual orientation, age, political or religious opinions, or health.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Working hours, salaries and benefits<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Working hours must comply with current regulations. Employees&#8217; remuneration must comply with remuneration laws applicable in said country and must ensure an adequate standard of living.
